REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another shipping cost depending on what kind of shipping you select (FREE SHIPPING will not be applied for re-shipments).

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Items purchased from ikidsdream.com are eligible for an exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase but we charge shipping cost.

Items purchased from ikidsdream.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase and we charge restocking fee (25%) and return shipping cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility

RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from your order date.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

• All items purchased on sale.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

If your package arrives at ikidsdream.com within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days. Since many of our products sell out fast, here is a fast and easy way to get your exchange (exchanges can be made only for the same style otherwise we consider it as return and shipping charges will not be free).

•ikidsdream.com reserves the right to reject returns sent , or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

•If your order qualified for free shipping prior to your return or exchange, a ground shipping charge will be deducted from the amount credited back to you if the remaining merchandise does not meet the minimum requirement for the original discount. For example, if any items are returned on an order that was granted the promotional free shipping with a minimum purchase of $100, and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $100 a shipping fee will be charged for all items on the original order.

•We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.

Does your dress size run big or small?
They can run big or small. It depends on the manufacturer. Please take a few minutes to measure your child and view our size chart provided for each dress located in the product description page.

What is the correct way to measure my baby?
To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the tape parallel to the floor when measuring. Wear undergarments only; do not measure over clothing. Once you know your body measurements, consult the Size Chart on the product pages to determine which size you should purchase.

• Waist: Measure your child where the belly button sits. Some children have a slight pooch belly; you will want to measure the widest point of your child's belly.

•Length: The length of the garment is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem line. Starting from your child's shoulder, take the tape measure all the way down to see how long a dress will be.

Note: Please keep in mind different manufacturers will use different sizing and actual garment measurements may vary with each manufacturer.

What if I get the dress and it doesn't fit?
Contact our company the same day that you receive the item and you will receive a request for return merchandise authorization form.

Note that all dresses received on a Friday or Saturday via air, cannot be returned. Please kindly refer to our return and exchange policy for instructions.

Do you do alterations?
We do not provide alteration services. An experienced seamstress/alteration store near you can provide you with necessary alterations.

Where are your products made?
90% of the products we carry are made in the KOREA. We specify whether it has been manufactured in the KOREA in our product pages. Please note that our imported products are thoroughly inspected for quality as we only sell the finest products.

How do I get my Free Shipping?

Discounted orders: If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item and you received free shipping for this item, a ground charge shipping will be deducted from the amount credited back to you. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item and the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be properly deducted from the refund. When will my clothes be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within one to three business days after you place your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock in our main warehouse. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. If the wear date is within 10 business days of your order date, we encourage you to choose an expedited shipping option. We do not guarantee arrival date of an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed. USPS does not guarantee expedited shipping arrival to Hawaii and Alaska.

How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the USPS tracking number.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, your order cannot be canceled. Please see our Return and Exchanges policy. All shipping fees will be incurred by the customer.

Can I have USPS hold my package or re-route it to a different address?
USPS cannot ship to a different address once the package is en route.

How fast will I get my order with USPS ground shipping?
Most orders are shipped within one to three business days after you place your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock in our main warehouse. USPS ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days transit time. If the wear date is within 10 business days of your order date, we encourage you to choose an expedited shipping option. Do you require someone to sign for the package?

Does USPS ship to a P.O. Box?
We apologize for any inconvenience. USPS can only ship to physical address. If you place an order with the shipping destination as a P.O. Box, your order will be held until we obtain a physical address from you.

I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM IKIDSDREAM
If you purchased from us and did not receive an invoice from us by email, please check your spam folder. Most likely your mail filter sent our email right to a spam folder, especially if a Gmail account was used. We are working with Gmail to solve this problem. Please check your spam folder and add info@ikidsdream.com to your safe sender list.

HOW CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Also once your item leaves our facility, we have no control over the package which means we are unable to change shipping addresses or shipping methods.
Please double check your order before finalizing your submission.

WHY DID I GET CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double amount on your credit card account or bank account, you are seeing an authorization. You will find "pending" on these amounts which means that your bank is holding those amounts. We only charge your credit card once after your order gets shipped. Large bank and credit card institution practices commonly process transactions with this method which ensures sufficient funds and account authenticity. Authorization will be cleared within 3-4 business days depending on your bank.

WHAT IS FINAL SALE?
If an item is marked "Final Sale," this means the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or refunds to your credit card will not be issued even if you send the items to ikidsdream. In this case, your item will be sent back to you. If the items are returned, the package is kept by ikidsdream without a refund or store credit. ALL sale items are considered final even if the description does not indicate FINAL SALE.

HOW DO I ADD AN ITEM TO EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, if your order status is "pending", your order is currently in the warehouse and preparing to be shipped. If you would like to order another item, please create a new order or contact us. We will be glad to waive your shipping cost if you placed a new order less than 24 hours from your most recent order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY PACKAGE?
We know you can't wait to rock your ikidsdream so we are working hard and fast to get it out to you as soon as possible.! Orders are processed almost immediately and will most likely be shipped within 2-3 business days. However it is not guaranteed because of availability of merchandise. Transit time for you package depends on where you live and averages 3-7 business days. If you are located in California, you will receive your package sooner than other parts of U.S. since we are located in Orange County.
If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.

I LOVE WHAT I ORDERED. WHERE IS IT?
You can check your order status anytime by accessing your profile located in "My Account". You will see the status of your order - pending to be processed, in our warehouse, or left our fulfillment center and on the way! Once it's shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
DO YOU TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we are not shipping to foreign countries currently (including Canada).

I AM GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE

There are few reasons why you may see error messages:

• If it's an issue regarding a credit card, please double check if you have entered the correct credit card number and CVV number. Also your name and billing address MUST match exactly as to what your bank has on file. Please review closely and look for any possible typos.
• If a credit card gets declined even though you have enough funds, you will need to contact your card issuer. Many banks and credit card institutions block transactions due to their fraud protection programs.
• If it's an issue regarding your log-in, please make sure the caps lock function is off. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you forget your password, click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions. If you joined our mailing list but never created an account profile, you must do so in order to place an order. It is always free to create your ikidsdream profile.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON ON MY ORDER?
While we are proud to provide affordability, we only accept one coupon at a time. Therefore, coupon codes cannot be combined.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
In a very rare case, due to an unexpected event, an item you ordered may suddenly be out of stock. When this happens we will contact you within 1-2 business days to let you know about the order cancellation. If you have other items in the same order, they will still be shipped. The unavailable items will be removed from your order.

AN ITEM I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK! WILL IT BE BACK? WHAT DO I DO?
We love to provide you the items that you like and do our best to re-stock it as fast as possible. However we cannot guarantee the item you covet will be available. If we are unable to get the same item, we will suggest something similar. If the item becomes available, you will be notified via e-mail - oh snap! So make sure you join our e-mail listing.
